About the Discover Club
The Discover Club is part of a discipleship process that builds on Hope For Kids to help children grow into committed followers of Jesus who actively live out and share their faith.
The Discover Club = Discipleship!
The Discover Club (just like Hope For Kids) appeals to all learning styles by utilizing hand motions, songs, crafts, skits and illustrations. The Discover Club has twelve lessons, with ten lessons focusing on the five means of growth (Bible, Prayer, Worship, Fellowship, and Witnessing) in a specific way. The other two lessons deal with salvation and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Each lesson is carefully designed to help children understand how these biblical truths are personally relevant and meaningful to their daily lives.
Have you ever considered what happens after a child puts their faith in Jesus Christ? The journey doesn’t stop at salvation—it’s only the beginning. What if every child who received the Gospel also had the opportunity to grow strong in their faith, to be discipled, and to walk daily with Jesus?
That’s why we are thrilled to introduce the Discover Club, Level 2 of Hope for Kids. This curriculum is a life-changing opportunity to disciple children—to help them not only know Jesus but grow in Him and learn to live for Him every day.
Training for 1-3 Key Leaders! Materials are included in your training!
The Discover Club Leadership Clinics are offered to those who have already implemented Hope For Kids (level one). It is an 8 hour training over a day —and watch your key children’s leaders/Pastor come away with the skills and leadership materials needed to equip your kids and team leaders with discipleship resources and training for your kids.
At the Leadership Clinic, participants will receive a copy of the Discover Club Teacher Book and access to the implementation materials. The Discover Club Teacher Book—a full color, 92-page book with 12 complete lesson —provides a step-by-step guide to implementing in your setting. After the Leadership Clinic, if you commit to implement Discover Club in your church/organization and reach 60-100 kids over the next few years, you will receive access to the following foundational materials with no charge:
